1. Application - It's a match

Wanted and found: You’ve read our job ads and think we’re a good match? Then send your application to Nina, our HR and Recruiting Manager is looking forward to your email. If you also have work samples for us or even have your own account on GitHub or GitLab - all the better! That way we can get a better picture of how you work.

2. Getting to know you first

Your documents are appealing to us? Then the first step is to invite you to a telephone interview. The purpose of this interview is to get to know each other better, to clarify any open questions, and to check out the ideas on both sides. The telephone conversation takes place between you and our HR and Recruiting Manager Nina and lasts about half an hour on average. A little tip: Be yourself! We don’t just want to get a first professional impression, but also to get to know you as a person.

3. Further interviews

If we are on the same page so far, we will invite you to an interview with one of our managers. We would like to get to know you better and in return introduce you to the company and the position. Afterwards, you will have the opportunity to get to know your possible future team members – if you like, also on site in our offices in the heart of Munich. You can ask any questions you may have about technology and working methods, and we will also take a closer look at your professional know-how.

4. Welcome to the team

If we have gone this far together and could convince you of us, then Welcome to the 4Soft team!. At the start you will get a comprehensive training in all processes and your first project. To make you feel comfortable with us right from the start, your manager and colleagues will be there to help and advise you.
