Business Development Manager (m/w/d)

You want to work in a company where you can proactively shape your role according to your strengths and goals? Your tasks

  • You maintain our existing customer and partner network and expand it proactively.
  • You are the contact person for our customers and partners and know their wishes and challenges.
  • You identify business opportunities, prepare qualified customer appointments and establish communication with our experts.
  • You know our portfolio and actively up- and cross-sell. You observe the market and our competitors and make suggestions for the further development of the portfolio.
  • You collect customer feedback, identify suitable success stories and organize their publication.

What we want from you

  • You have experience in customer communication, ideally from business development, key account management or IT project sales.
  • You like to approach people and are a strong communicator and empath.
  • You have organizational skills and perseverance.
  • You are familiar with the organizational structures as well as the bidding and commissioning processes for IT projects of corporate groups and medium-sized companies.
  • You have an interest in and a basic understanding of IT as well as techniques and methods in the engineering and technology sector.
  • You know the procedure and methods in the sales area.
  • You have very good German and good English skills
