HR Generalist with Focus on Recruiting (m/f/d)

HR Generalist with Focus on Recruiting (m/f/d)

You do not just want to administer HR - you want to shape it? You enjoy attracting strong people to a demanding software company, setting up effective recruiting processes, and pragmatically supporting managers and employees? Then take on a key role with us: You will develop our HR function further, make 4Soft more visible as an employer, and ensure that we attract the right talent for our continued growth.

Your responsibilities

In this role, you will work closely with the management team, team leads, and colleagues within the Avelion Group. Your clear focus will be on recruiting and the active development of our HR function.

  • You actively shape our HR function - pragmatically, effectively, and in a way that fits a successful software project company with around 55 employees.
  • You take on a central role in recruiting: You write compelling job advertisements, develop search strategies, approach suitable candidates, and manage the entire process from first contact to hiring.
  • Together with management and the specialist teams, you attract real high potentials to 4Soft - especially software engineers, architects, project professionals, and consulting personalities with a high level of professional excellence.
  • You professionally manage external recruiting service providers, platforms, and search channels, ensuring that effort, quality, and results are well balanced.
  • You conduct and shape interviews, assess both professional and personal fit, and clearly contribute your view to the decision-making process.
  • You are a contact person for employees and managers on HR-related topics - for example development discussions and training.
  • You drive topics in people development, especially further training, team coaching, soft skills, and measures that strengthen collaboration and leadership within the company.
  • You reliably take care of the necessary HR formalities - from contracts and certificates to company pension topics and references. This is part of the role, but not its main focus.
  • You coordinate with HR contacts and relevant interfaces within the Avelion Group and make use of the group wherever it helps us become stronger.

What we are looking for

  • You have several years of relevant experience in an HR generalist role, recruiting, or a comparable People & Culture function.
  • You have not only coordinated recruiting, but actively shaped it - ideally in a smaller or medium-sized company where pragmatism, initiative, and closeness to the business are decisive.
  • You understand how to attract demanding professionals: from clear target profiles and convincing candidate outreach to professional selection processes.
  • You have a strong sense for people, roles, and organizations and can assess who is a good fit for 4Soft professionally, personally, and culturally.
  • You work independently, in a structured and reliable way - and you do not wait for every next step to be assigned to you.
  • You bring the drive and ability to build things: processes, templates, and standards are useful tools for you, not an end in themselves.
  • You communicate confidently with management, team leads, employees, applicants, and external partners.
  • You have a solid basic understanding of employment law and are comfortable handling the usual HR formalities; for specialist questions, you know when external expertise is useful.
  • You enjoy working in an environment with high professional standards, short communication paths, direct exchange, and genuine room to shape things.
  • Very good German and good English complete your profile.
