Junior Solution Developer & Consultant (m/f/d) - Digital Engineering Focus

You studied computer science to move things forward - not just to manage code tickets? At 4Soft, you learn how to turn a vague customer idea into a strategic tool.

As part of the Avelion Group, we offer an environment that combines technological excellence with strategic consulting. In our business unit, around 30 experts focus on turning complex processes into lean, efficient business applications. You will not be parked in a ticket mill; we deliberately help you grow toward becoming a Solution Lead. From the start, you work on projects for top players such as BMW, MTU Aero Engines and Osram.

Your Tasks

You start as part of agile project teams and gradually grow into responsibility for your own speedboats - from the first problem statement to prototyping, implementation and successful enterprise rollout.

• You work closely with our experienced architects and learn how to capture requirements directly with customers and translate them into viable concepts.
• You build initial MVPs and business applications - depending on the project, based on cplace, greenfield development or individual integrations.
• You dive into complex processes, translate them into clean, efficient code and see immediately how your work accelerates the customer.
• You get to know the full lifecycle - from the first problem statement through discovery, workshops and demos to successful rollout.
• You contribute your own ideas, think beyond pure implementation and develop a feel for how software creates real business value.
• Step by step, you grow into subject-matter responsibility, take on first sub-projects and help position topics with customers together with experienced colleagues.

What we are looking for

• You have a strong computer science or business informatics foundation, ideally with a completed master’s degree or diploma.
• You are at the start of your career or already bring initial relevant experience in software development, IT consulting, requirements engineering or project-related work.
• You love understanding complex processes and turning them into clear, efficient software solutions.
• You enjoy exchanging ideas with users, business departments and development teams, and you want to understand how software creates real business value.
• You are motivated to look beyond pure programming and take on responsibility.
• First touchpoints with requirements, workshops, demos, MVPs, prototyping, business applications, cplace, PLM, integrations or manufacturing topics are a plus.
• Very good German and good English round off your profile.
