Key Account Manager (m/w/d)

Your tasks

  • Your task is to sell projects for the development of complex individual software.
  • You take care of the expansion of our customer base, are the contact person for our existing customers and actively engage in retention management.
  • You build an appropriate network and identify order potentials.
  • You proactively up- and cross-sell, observe the market and plan sales activities.
  • You analyze key sales figures and derive necessary measures.
  • You create KPI reports and present them to the management.

What we want from you

  • You have a degree with a focus on economics or IT or a comparable degree.
  • You have professional experience in customer management - preferably in an IT-relevant environment, in project management or in strategic business development.
  • You have strong communication and negotiation skills.
  • You have experience in managing proposals and customer orders.
  • You evaluate customer satisfaction and derive measures to increase it.
  • You have very good German and good English skills.
