Consultant & Partner Manager (m/f/d)

You connect customers, partners and development teams – and turn requirements into solid projects. Your focus: recognizing opportunities, actively managing partnerships and clearly highlighting the added value of modern software solutions.

Your Tasks

• You manage the collaboration with our partner company – from roadmap alignments to joint customer initiatives.
• You identify, qualify and develop new customer opportunities; you lead existing contacts to concrete project acquisition.
• You prepare presentations, demos and workshops and actively participate in their implementation – including stringent follow-up.
• You follow up professionally and accompany proposal and decision processes.
• You translate customer requirements into viable project ideas and work closely with our subject matter experts.
• You observe the market, collect customer feedback and contribute impulses for the further development of our service portfolio.

What we expect from you

• Initial experience in IT consulting, business development, partner management or project environment.
• A feel for customer needs, decision-making processes and project dynamics.
• Technical curiosity: You understand opportunities and limitations of modern software development (e.g. low-code, pro-code).
• Strong communication and presentation skills – both verbal and written.
• Structured, self-organized way of working and the willingness to take responsibility.
• Very good German, good English.
